Technical SEO & Migrations
Redirect mapping, URL restructuring, indexation, schema, internal linking, site speed. The work that keeps a redesign from costing you a year of rankings.
I help tour operators and booking-driven businesses grow direct revenue through search. Technical SEO, site migrations that don't cost you rankings, local search, and the conversion work that turns visits into reservations.
Four things, done properly, for businesses whose revenue depends on someone finding them and booking.
Redirect mapping, URL restructuring, indexation, schema, internal linking, site speed. The work that keeps a redesign from costing you a year of rankings.
Categories, services, photos, booking links, posts. For a business people search for by place, this is often the highest-return channel there is.
Finding where people leave between the landing page and the confirmed reservation, then fixing the specific things costing you bookings.
GA4 and Tag Manager set up so the numbers match what the site is actually doing, and so you can tell which channel is paying for itself.
Most engagements start the same way, because most sites are losing money somewhere nobody has looked yet.
Analytics, Search Console, and the booking flow itself, before anyone has an opinion about what to change. Usually the problem is not where people assume it is.
Every finding gets sized on impact against effort. You get the short list of things that move revenue, not a 60-page audit nobody reads.
I make the changes rather than handing you a document and an invoice. Schema, redirects, page structure, tracking, templates.
Bookings, calls, and revenue by channel. Rankings are a means to that, not the scoreboard.
Most engagements open with a Digital Growth and Conversion Audit. One week, fixed fee.
You get a scored read on the website, search visibility, booking funnel and analytics, every finding ranked by impact against effort, and a 90-day plan that says what to do first, second and third.
If the audit turns out to be all you needed, that is a perfectly good place to stop.
Example audit summary
Since 2014 I've run digital marketing for Hawaii tour and activity operators. Snorkel trips, rafting, ziplines, Road to Hana, rental cars. More than a dozen sites, nearly all of them built around a booking flow, and most of them competing for the same handful of searches that decide whether a visitor books with you or with the operator down the harbor.
That means a decade of the problems this industry actually has. Seasonality. OTA competition taking a cut of every booking. Review pressure. Sites rebuilt every few years by someone who didn't think about redirects. Booking engines bolted onto the side of a CMS.
I've spent about a decade running marketing for Maui tour operators, and I started Ando Marketing to do that same work for other travel and hospitality businesses.
Most marketing people stop at the recommendation and hand you a document. I implement. Schema, redirects, template edits, tracking, page structure, content briefs: I do that work myself rather than opening a ticket and waiting a month for someone else to get to it. When a project needs heavy custom engineering, I bring in a developer and manage the work, which is how I ran client projects for years on the agency side.
The practical upside is speed. You aren't paying one person to find the problem and a second person to fix it, and nothing sits in a queue while the season you were optimizing for goes by.
Tell me what the site is doing now and what you wish it were doing. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would take.
